Look at me - I can stand!

Time to baby proof things around the house. Until yesterday we were able to leave Arya in the pack and play and get things done... Yesterday (12/06/09) Arya reached for the edge of the pack and play and pulled herself up. Her joy at her new accomplishment was obvious in the big smile on her face!!!

Time for us to lower the base of the pack and play so Arya cannot climb out of it.

First Thanksgiving

Arya celebrated her first Thanksgiving with her Dada, Dadee, and Bua (Paternal grandparents and aunt) - ofcourse along with mommy, daddy, Socrates, and Zoey. She enjoyed the new faces who showered her with all the attention and cheering in the world - something that mommy and daddy dont have much time to do. I am sure she was thrilled that new people found it fascinating to see her jump and squeal.

Her aunt got her her first pair of sunglasses :) She looked absolutely adorable. She also had her first taste of pancake and seemed to enjoy it.

Arya has been working on making herself more mobile so that she can start exploring the lesser known parts of the house, the doggie bowl, and ofcourse the doggie rooms.
